Riyadh hails 'positive results' of peace talks with Yemeni rebels

Riyadh [Saudi Arabia], September 21: Saudi Arabia on Wednesday hailed what it called "positive results" from talks with a visiting Yemeni rebel delegation to reach a roadmap to end a years-long war in Yemen.
Yemen has been locked in a devastating conflict between the Saudi-backed government and Iran-aligned rebels since late 2014.
In 2015, Saudi Arabia launched a military coalition to support the Yemeni government forces when the Houthi rebels advanced towards the government's temporary seat Aden. (DPA)
